CARPET SURVEY & PREP - As not all Carpets & Rugs are cleaned the same, Identifying the carpet type & degree/type of soiling is important for achieving the best cleaning results and avoiding any potential cleaning problems, vacuum to remove loose soil and grit, gliders are placed under furniture if necessary.

PRE-SPRAY- A cleaning solution mix, depending on carpet type and degree of soiling, is applied and mechanically aggitated into every fibre, holding all contaminants in suspension ready for extraction, also includes dust-mite eliminator, stain digesters and anti-bacterial treatment.

STUBBORN STAINS ARE TREATED - tea, coffee, make up, glue, candle wax, alcohol/wine, pet stains/persistent odours etc. If we can't remove it then it cannot be removed.
